We process your data solely in order to answer the technical request you send us. We do not sell it, do not use it for profiling and do not transfer it outside the European Union.

What data we collect
Through the quotation request form: your name, company, email address, telephone, country, part description, quantity, material, tolerances, target date and the files you upload. We separately record the time of consent and a cryptographic fingerprint of your IP address, not the address itself.
For what purpose
For the technical assessment of the part, preparing the quotation and the communication around it. Your drawings are shown to no third party.
Legal basis
Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, and Article 6(1)(a) for the consent given when submitting the form.
How long we keep it
Requests that do not lead to a contract are deleted after 24 months. Where a request results in a contract, the statutory accounting retention periods apply.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

This website uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. The only cookie used is the form security cookie, which is strictly necessary and deleted when the session ends.
