    Flanges, housings, shafts and sealing components for rotating equipment and pressurised plant. They bring the material certificate and batch traceability with them, and sealing faces call for a controlled surface finish, not merely a dimension.

    Bushings, axles, fastening components and drivetrain parts. Here the documentation weighs as much as the part: a stable process, dimensional control on every batch and traceability back to the heat number — asked for not at the end but from the first article.

    Hydraulics and pneumatics

    Valve bodies, pistons, rods, fittings. The sealing dimensions decide: close tolerances on diameters and a fine finish exactly where the seal runs — the rest of the surface may stay rougher without doing any harm.

    Mechanical and plant engineering

    The "anything" part: brackets, flanges, shafts, plates, covers. This is the branch with the widest variety and the smallest runs, so setup time decides rather than cutting speed — a part in ten pieces is paid for in fixtures and tooling, not in minutes of cutting.

    Industrial automation

    Small and medium parts, many with precisely located holes and faces in several directions. Relative position matters more than absolute size — which is why a single setup is worth more here than a heavier feed.

    Heavy equipment

    Large parts, often in quenched-and-tempered steel, with a heavy roughing allowance. Machine travels and fixturing stiffness decide, and stress relief between roughing and finishing is not optional: the stresses released by the first pass move the part before the second.

    Instrumentation and measurement

    Small parts with fine dimensions and clean surfaces, often in stainless steel or brass. Here dimensional stability matters more than strength: the material, its condition after machining and the temperature at which it is measured change the result more than the tool does.

We work to the customer drawing. If your sector is not listed, the part matters, not the sector label.

What a procurement engineer checks

A sector says little about a supplier. The questions asked before an order are the same whatever the branch — and the answers ought to be on the website, not requested by email. Here is the list, with where each answer sits.

Why it is on the list, and how we answer the awkward question

A supplier who answers only the convenient questions forces the buyer to ask the others anyway. System certification is our case: the quality page lists none that we cannot produce on request, and we will tell you the current status in writing, before you have to ask at an audit.

The sectors we serve

We list the sectors because they say what kind of parts routinely pass through the shop. We do not use them as an argument: a hydraulics part and an automation part can call for the same tolerance and the same traceability, and what decides is the drawing, not the branch.
